Safeguarding ~ Garda Vetting Form for Under 18s with Parental Consent

Scouting Ireland requires that individuals under 18 years of age are required to undergo vetting if they are to supervise certain activities or events involving younger people.  The individual must be at least 16 years of age and must have written parental consent for their vetting application.

This form is provided by National Office on request when such an individual wishes to apply to the Garda Vetting Bureau for vetting
